If you’ve eaten Pacific coho salmon then you’ve essentially eaten our fish. That’s because our fish are very similar to their wild saltwater brethren. We started 17 generations ago with an elite seed stock of Pacific coho and the goal of cultivating the best tasting and most sustainable salmon possible.
